Profile:
An education specialist with a background of achieving change in the provision of adult learning. Experienced in leading complex institutions, motivating and bringing out skills in individuals and disparate teams. With a strong focus on business practices and quality, she has substantially improved the performance of the organisations she has led.
She is currently using her skills to assist senior managers in the process of quality improvement and the management of change and to research and write up good practice for wider dissemination. She is an experienced contributor at Board level both nationally and locally.
