Profile:
An education specialist who has achieved considerable change in the provision of adult learning. Having led complex institutions, motivating and bringing out skills in individuals and disparate teams, she has a strong commercial focus, including building business practices and quality, which have substantially improved the performance of her organisations. She is an experienced contributor at Board level both nationally and locally.
Currently she is involved in projects assisting senior managers in the process of quality improvement and the management of change, whilst also researching and reporting on good practice for wider dissemination.
